Visiting this website
This website is hosted by Wix. To deliver the pages, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. We do not use our own analytics or advertising trackers.
Fonts are loaded from this website itself. No data is sent to Google Fonts.
Free checklist and emails
To download the free checklist, you enter your email address and, optionally, your first name, and confirm that you want to receive emails from us. We use this data to send you the checklist and occasional emails about pitching and fundraising. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
Your data is stored in our Wix account (Wix.com Ltd.), which processes it on our behalf. We keep it until you unsubscribe.
Buying the Kit
Purchases are processed through the Wix checkout and Wix Payments. When you buy, your name, email address and payment details are processed to complete the payment and deliver the Kit. Payment card data is handled by the payment provider; we receive your name, email address and order details to deliver the Kit and provide support.
If you email us, we use your message only to reply and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and request correction or deletion, at any time by writing to team@insightview.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, your local data protection authority.
